REFUND POLICY
At VOSTAAD, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure fairness and transparency in our refund process for home services such as plumbing, cleaning, gardening, electrician work, and more.
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund to account for the reserved time of our professionals.
- Refunds are not applicable if the service provider has already arrived at the location or has started the service.
2. Service Quality Concerns:
- If the service provided does not meet expectations, customers may raise a dispute within 24 hours of service completion. VOSTAAD will review the complaint and process a partial or full refund based on the investigation.
3. Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Cases:
- Incomplete or incorrect address details.
- Issues caused by customer delays beyond the scheduled time.
