Cancellation Policy

At VOSTAAD, we strive to provide exceptional home services, including plumbing, cleaning, gardening, electrician work, and more. However, we understand that plans may change.

1. Service Cancellation:

• Customers can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without any charges.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% service fee to compensate our professionals for their reserved time.

2. Rescheduling:

• You may reschedule your service once, free of charge, if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Refunds:

• Refunds for cancellations made within the policy guidelines will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the service provider arrives at the location.

4. Emergency Cancellations:

• VOSTAAD reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or unavailability of staff. Customers will be notified promptly.
